At Travelboyo, all our products and services are digitally delivered. We do not ship any physical goods. Please review the policy below for clarity on how and when you’ll receive your booking confirmations and related documents.

📧 Digital Delivery of Services

• All booking confirmations, invoices, e-tickets, travel itineraries, vouchers, and related documentation are sent digitally to the customer’s registered email address or shared via WhatsApp, as provided at the time of booking.

• No hard copies or physical documents will be mailed or couriered.

💳 Confirmation Only After Full Payment

• All services will be confirmed only after full payment is received by Travelboyo.

• Partial payments, deposits, or pending balances do not guarantee confirmation of travel services such as flights, hotels, activities, or transfers.

• Once the full payment is processed and received, confirmations will typically be issued within 24 to 48 business hours, depending on supplier response times.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

• After full payment and successful booking, your documents will be sent within 1–2 business days.

• In case of urgent bookings or last-minute reservations, please inform our team in advance so we can prioritize the processing.

📲 Accuracy of Contact Details

• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and accessible email and WhatsApp contact information.

• Travelboyo will not be held liable for any delays or issues in delivery caused due to incorrect or outdated contact details provided by the customer.

If you have not received your confirmation documents within the expected timeline, please check your:

• Email spam or junk folder

• WhatsApp message settings (for blocked or filtered messages)
