Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Travelboyo, we strive to offer well-planned and personalized travel experiences. As we work with third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, local vendors, etc.), and due to the nature of travel arrangements, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. General Refund Policy

All bookings made through Travelboyo are non-refundable once the service has been utilized or the travel has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Flight bookings

  • Hotel stays

  • Tour packages

  • Activities and transfers

  • Visa and travel insurance services

Once the services are delivered or initiated, no refund requests will be entertained under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions – Life or Death Situations

We understand that unforeseen and serious events may occur. In exceptional cases involving life-threatening medical emergencies or death of the traveler or an immediate family member, we may request a refund or waiver on your behalf from our partner suppliers.

To consider an exception, the following must be submitted:

  • Valid government-issued documentation (e.g., medical certificate, hospital report, death certificate)

  • Relationship proof (e.g., passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate)

  • Formal written request explaining the situation

Important:
Please note that any refund in such cases is subject to the approval of the airline, hotel, or respective service provider. Travelboyo does not guarantee any refund but will assist in raising the request.

3. Processing Time for Refunds (if approved)

If an exception is approved by the supplier:

  • Refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days

  • Amount refunded will be subject to deductions for non-refundable components, service fees, and third-party charges

4. Cancellation by Travelboyo

In the unlikely event that Travelboyo has to cancel your trip due to operational reasons, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances:

  • We will make all reasonable efforts to offer an alternative arrangement.

  • If no suitable alternative is available, a partial or full refund may be considered, depending on the recoverable amount from our suppliers.
